How to send data from a Wufoo form to InboundScore
Wufoo is undoubtedly the best online form builder in the universe. This guide will show you how to integrate your Wufoo form with InboundScore so that you can automatically send all your Wufoo form data directly to InboundScore and instantly receive new lead notifications.
Before You Get Started
Sign-up for an InboundScore account and use the promo code “wufoo” so we can create an account that is specially configured for the Wufoo integration.
If you already have an account and didn’t use the promo code “wufoo” when you registered follow these steps to configure your account properly:
1) Visit the Options section by clicking on your user name in the upper right hand corner of your InboundScore account center and then click on the Options link.
2) Click on the “Request API Access” button
3) We will approve your API access request.
4) Once approved, you’ll see all the information required to successfully complete the InboundScore and Wufoo integration.

Ok. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Configure the WebHook notification
Click on the “Forms” tab from any screen in your Wufoo account center.
Click on the “Notifications” link to the right of the Wufoo form that you want to integrate with InboundScore.
Find the “to Another Application” box on the right hand of the screen, select “WebHook” and click the “Add Integration” button.
Cut and paste the following URL into the “Your WebHook URL” box:
https://accounts.inboundscore.
Then, enter your InboundScore token into the “Your WebHook Handshake Key” box. Your InboundScore token is available from the API section of your InboundScore account center “Options” page. You can visit the “Options” page by clicking on your user name in the upper right hand corner of the account center, then the “Options” link.
Finally, click on the “Save” button.
Step 2: Enable InboundScore email notifications
Click on the “Options” tab from any screen in your InboundScore account center.
Enter the email address where you want to receive your new lead notifications.
Step 3: Test your WebHook integration
Click on the “Forms” tab from any screen in your Wufoo account center.
Click on the “Entires” link to the right of the Wufoo form that you have set up with InboundScore WebHooks.
Click on the “Create a New Entry” button. Complete a test form submission on your Wufoo form. Within one minute you should receive an email notification from InboundScore with information on the new lead you submitted.
